I believe there are methodical reasons for feeling lovely all weekend.
Beginning with my pondering about the psychology of being positive and negative, I wondered what and how much of this was necessary. After some brief online research, I came across a short article on why we need both positive and negative emotions. This validated and produced answers for my internal dialogue. I found that it presented another necessary scope in how we can increase our mental well-being.
For instance, from all of the negatives that had accumulated in my mind recently, which weighed me down and affected my spirit, I needed a solution. This resulted in realising the amount of reflection I had in learning from the things entering my mind. Soon after, my mood raised and I accumulated positives that increased with enjoyable studying, cinema, work, watching empowerment videos, pampering myself and dancing at home, cleaning, listening to music, going out for dinner, a walk, and having supportive people around me.
The balance of positives and negatives along with acquired knowledge seemed to have adhered to the momentum that was needed to reach a mental equilibrium of contentment. And I do this regularly. What do you do to increase your well-being?
Helping you feel lovely!
