Diary of a Beauty Therapist

What an eventful day!

My day begins by attempting to sort out business orders with companies.

Then my first client arrives. She invites me to potentially join a motorbike rally day. And then suggests to me a possible matchup with a seemingly Ryan Gosling-looking friend of hers.

Second, my next client arrives for her waxing treatments. She says that she thoroughly enjoys having her lunch break walking along the high street and coming to visit me for her treatment.

My third client, who I hadn’t seen for a while shares her story about a lovely romantic Croatian getaway that she had with her partner.

Fourth, my client arrives for her waxing treatment. She shares her thoughts on having her “snail trail” waxed. To my surprise is a trail of hair leading from her bikini to her belly button [as her husband described it].

The fifth client of the day doesn’t show up.

My sixth client shared her great enthusiastic personality, lifting me up to high spirits along with her legs up in the air (for her Brazilian wax).

Then, the last client of the day arrives. She’s a dermatologist. She mentioned her curiosity about my book collection. And then asked me if I thought about extending my skin therapy skills with a psychology degree, and told me about psychodermatology. This has now raised a new passion within me.

Fulfilling days like these are what keep me awake. There are hidden messages within the conversation that can lead you on an adventure. This makes me think that our opportunities if life is endless. We just must listen out for them!

Helping you look and feel lovely!
